A bit about me

I started my career in 2019 with Workforce Opportunity Services, first in IT help desk training and then as a contract help desk technician. In 2020, I joined PSEG. For nearly five years as an IT Field Service Technician, I supported employees onsite and remotely, managed and documented support tickets in ServiceNow, and followed company security policies.

While working, I went back to school to learn data analytics. I earned an Introduction to Data Analysis certificate from Union College, completed my CompTIA Data+ certification and took courses at Kean University.

In 2025, I moved into a Business Support Specialist role, helping prepare reports, dashboards and presentations that tracked team goals and shared results with stakeholders. Along the way, I volunteered as a data analyst for JerseySTEM, and in 2026 I began volunteering with Afrovana, where I help plan the site's features and design and manage its content.
